4. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

Exchanges:

1. Exchanges are accepted within 90 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product for exchange must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@gripkicks.co.uk. They will guide you through the process.
4. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Shipping Address for Returns and Exchanges:

Please contact our customer support team at info@gripkicks.co.uk to obtain the shipping address for returns and exchanges. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange in the email.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gripkicks.co.uk with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
