At GripKicks, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, this Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and how to return items.
- Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To cancel, please notify us by email at info@gripkicks.co.uk within this period.
- Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks or similar personal-use items if they have been worn or opened.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@gripkicks.co.uk to request a return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe).
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is unwanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, GripKicks Ltd will cover the return costs.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@gripkicks.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
